The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched on 1 December 2018 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi working in the interest of farmers. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana 2024

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been started by the Central Government for small and marginal farmers of the country. Under this scheme, farmers of the country receive assistance of Rs. 6,000 each year in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000. The amount of this installment is given every four months. Which is transferred to the farmers’ account through Direct Bank Transfer (DBT). Under the PM Kisan scheme, the cost of Rs 75000 crore has been estimated by the government throughout the year.

The 17th Installment of PM Kisan Yojana

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 17 installments of money have been transferred to their bank account by the Central Government. Now farmers across the country are waiting for the 18th installment of PM Kisan, which can be announced soon by the government.

  1. To apply for the PM-KISAN scheme, first of all, you have to go to its official website https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
  2. On the home page of this website, you will see the option of New Farmer Registration under Farmers Corner. You have to click on it.
  3. Now on the next page, the New Farmer Registration Form will open in front of you.
  4. Now here you will see the option of urban and rural areas for farmer registration –
